Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all roofing operations, including installation, repair, and maintenance
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
- Schedule and coordinate all roofing projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget
- Manage and train roofing crews, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
- Monitor project progress and ensure that work is performed to the highest standards of quality
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Prepare and maintain project budgets and forecasts
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that roofing operations are aligned with overall company objectives
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in roofing operations management
- Proven track record of managing roofing projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements related to roofing operations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work at heights and on rooftops
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in outdoor environments, in all weather conditions
